QE SuperResolution enables you to extract and enlarge frames from digital videos. Unlike simple frame capture tools, QE SuperResolution combines image information from a sequence of consecutive frames, and uses it to enhance the image and produce enlargements with higher resolution and quality. The program is currently optimized for video sequences from DV (digital video) camcorders.
